Description
This program, administered by the Minnesota Office of Higher Education, funds initiatives designed to increase college readiness and attendance among Minnesota students, especially those who are historically underserved or face barriers to higher education. The grant supports innovative, community-driven strategies that provide academic support, mentoring, college and career exploration, and other services to students from grades 6–12 and first-year undergraduates. The goal is to raise aspirations, improve academic preparation, and ease the transition to postsecondary education.
