The Itterman Faculty Professional Development Award is designed to honor and support faculty members in the University of North Dakota’s College of Arts & Sciences who demonstrate exceptional performance in teaching, research, and service. Recipients are selected through a nomination process led by Department Chairs or Program Directors, with final recommendations made by the College’s Executive Committee to the Dean. Award funds are intended to further the professional development of faculty, and recipients are expected to acknowledge the award in any resulting scholarly or creative work. All expenditures must comply with UND policies.
