This program aims to strengthen U.S.-based Japan America Societies and Japan Societies by supporting capacity-building projects that enhance organizational sustainability and effectiveness. Funded projects may include strategic planning, income and fundraising initiatives, public relations and marketing, program and membership development, professional development, and improvements in not-for-profit management and governance. The goal is to help these societies achieve long-term growth and increased impact within their communities.
