--- ## Description The Hartford Foundation for Public Giving, through the John E. Blair Fund, provides competitive grants to organizations that support individuals with visual impairments in the Greater Hartford area. Funding is available for a range of organizational needs, including capital or equipment projects, capacity building, expansion or enhancement of existing programs, general operating support (aligned with a strategic plan), and the launch of new activities or demonstration projects.
