    Description

The Association for Iron & Steel Technology (AIST) Member Chapter Scholarships program offers more than 43 scholarships annually through 22 local chapters across North America. These scholarships are designed to encourage and financially support students—primarily undergraduates, but sometimes graduate and trade students as well—who are pursuing education and careers related to the iron and steel industry. Each chapter administers its own scholarships, with distinct eligibility criteria, award amounts, and deadlines. Scholarships typically target students in engineering, metallurgy, materials science, or STEM fields, but some chapters also consider non-engineering majors relevant to the steel industry.
