The John Peters Humphrey Fellowship, administered by the University of British Columbia - Graduate and Postdoctoral Studies in partnership with the Canadian Council on International Law (CCIL), recognizes and supports outstanding graduate students committed to research in international human rights law or international organization. Up to three fellowships are awarded annually to enable recipients to begin or continue full-time graduate studies at reputable academic institutions in Canada or abroad. The fellowship is designed to foster the next generation of scholars and practitioners advancing human rights and international law.
