    Description

    This program funds activities designed to enhance the capacity of courts and communities to respond to families with histories of domestic violence, dating violence, sexual assault, stalking, or child sexual abuse. Eligible projects may include court-based and court-related programs, supervised visitation and safe exchange services, training for personnel working with affected families, and civil legal assistance and advocacy for victims and nonoffending parents. The program’s overarching goal is to improve justice system responses and outcomes for families experiencing these forms of violence.
