Competitive scholarships for K-12 students in east central Minnesota to support special art projects and artistic development.

--- ## Description This scholarship program, administered by the East Central Regional Arts Council with support from the McKnight Foundation and Minnesota State Legislature, is designed to recognize and foster artistic talent among K-12 students residing in east central Minnesota (Region 7E: Chisago, Isanti, Kanabec, Mille Lacs, Pine counties, and Mille Lacs Band of Ojibwe lands). Scholarships provide up to $600 for special art projects or programs that go beyond regular classroom or homeschool art instruction, such as mentorships, workshops, or summer camps.
