    Description

    The U.S. Mission to Kuwait, through its Public Diplomacy Section (PDS), offers funding to support projects that advance U.S. security, commercial, cultural, and educational interests in Kuwait. This annual program statement (APS) is designed to foster bilateral cooperation, promote American values, and strengthen ties between the U.S. and Kuwait through public diplomacy initiatives. Projects should include a U.S. cultural element or involve U.S. experts/institutions and may address topics such as security, economic prosperity, cultural exchange, education, media, and youth engagement. Special emphasis in 2026 will be placed on the "Freedom 250" campaign celebrating the 250th anniversary of U.S. independence.
