Description
The Langston Hughes Performing Arts Institute (LHPAI) Facility Grant offers up to 40 hours of free, staffed use of the LHPAI building in Seattle’s Central Area for public arts or cultural events. The grant is designed to support projects that celebrate, nurture, present, and preserve African American and Diaspora performing arts and cultural legacies. It is an in-kind grant—no monetary funds are provided. The facility grant aims to broaden participation in the arts, expand audiences, address community needs, and further the goals of LHPAI.
