These grants are designed to fund in-depth, collaborative projects that enhance teaching and the teaching life within theological and religious education. Intended for faculty teams, departments, or institutions, the program supports strategic initiatives aligned with the Wabash Center’s mission. Projects may address innovative pedagogical practices, digital and hybrid teaching models, faculty identity and well-being, or teaching in specific theological or cultural contexts. The emphasis is on strengthening the teaching vocation of faculty, fostering communities of teaching, and promoting long-term pedagogical impact—rather than primarily supporting research or student outcomes.
