The Law Library Scholar-in-Residence program provides an opportunity for legal scholars, researchers, or library professionals to pursue advanced legal research projects that align with the mission of the Law Library of Congress. Residents gain access to the Library’s extensive resources and are expected to contribute to the advancement of legal scholarship and to support the needs of the U.S. Congress and its constituents. This is a non-paid position, but participants may arrange for academic credit with their home institutions.
