The Local Share Account (LSA) – Philadelphia program, administered by the Pennsylvania Department of Community and Economic Development (DCED), distributes a portion of slot machine license operation fees from Category 1 or 2 gaming facilities operating within the City of Philadelphia. The program funds projects that promote economic development, neighborhood revitalization, community improvement, and other initiatives that serve the public interest in Philadelphia. Eligible projects may include land or building acquisition, construction, civic or cultural facility improvements, and various activities that enhance the quality of life for Philadelphia residents.
