Description
This opportunity from the U.S. Department of State’s Bureau of International Narcotics and Law Enforcement Affairs (INL) funds a cooperative agreement to provide comprehensive logistical, operational, and technical support to the Government of Honduras. The project aims to strengthen public security, justice, and counter transnational organized crime, including narcotics trafficking and corruption. The awardee will manage and support training and professional development, coordinate travel and logistics for operations, procure supplies and equipment, and ensure cost-effective, transparent, and compliant project delivery. The project’s beneficiaries include Honduran law enforcement, prosecutors, judges, and third-country national advisors.
