--- ## Description The Maine Expansion Arts Grant aims to strengthen and expand the capacity of arts organizations in Maine that are led by and serve communities of color. The program provides both general operating and project support, enabling organizations to broaden their reach, develop new programming, and enhance community engagement in the arts.
