    Description

    The Marshall Memorial Fellowship (MMF) is the flagship transatlantic leadership development program of the German Marshall Fund of the United States. Established in 1982, MMF prepares emerging leaders from both sides of the Atlantic for impactful roles in transatlantic relations, public diplomacy, and democratic leadership. The year-long fellowship combines virtual programming, leadership workshops, and a 24-day immersive travel experience across North America and Europe. Fellows engage in high-level meetings, peer learning, and network-building, culminating in a robust alumni community dedicated to ongoing collaboration and addressing contemporary global challenges.
