This annual grant honors Dr. Mary Jo Kupst’s contributions to pediatric psychology by supporting innovative research led by trainees in the area of resilience and/or family functioning within pediatric populations. The award is designed to facilitate novel research that advances the field, and is open to graduate students, interns, or postdoctoral fellows who are members of the Society of Pediatric Psychology (SPP) and are enrolled in programs with substantial pediatric psychology training. Projects may contribute to a degree or be independent studies, but must be conducted under the supervision of a faculty advisor.
