Key Information: Preliminary data are not required; Scholars must designate a qualified Career Guide; clinical trials are not allowed.
This opportunity supports independent, early-career investigators ("Scholars") who are no more than seven years from their initial faculty-level appointment to join the Melanoma Research Program (MRP) Melanoma Academy. The Melanoma Academy is a collaborative, virtual network designed to foster the development and success of melanoma researchers through mentorship, networking, and professional development. Projects must address one or more of the MRP’s strategic focus areas: prevention and interception, rare melanomas, or survivorship. The award emphasizes both research excellence and career advancement, requiring the Scholar to identify a Career Guide with a strong record in melanoma research and mentorship.
