Description
The Mellon Graduate Fellowships at the Society for the Humanities, Cornell University, are residential fellowships supported by the Andrew W. Mellon Foundation. Designed for advanced Cornell graduate students in the humanities, these fellowships support research projects that engage with the Society’s annual theme—"PLAY" for 2027-28. Fellows spend the academic year focusing on research and writing, participating in weekly seminars, and contributing to an intellectually vibrant community. The fellowship is highly collaborative, encouraging active participation in Society events and fostering connections across disciplines.
