Description
This program assists Missouri’s military communities in supporting and sustaining their installations, encourages proactive planning for potential federal realignment or closure decisions, and supports efforts to attract new or expanded military missions. Eligible projects may include developing public-to-public partnerships with installations, reuse planning for closed or realigned facilities, marketing strategies to highlight military value, economic diversification efforts, research on community attractiveness for military investment, and initiatives to improve quality of life in military communities.
