Description
The Mini Grant Program, administered by the Community Foundation of East Alabama, awards three $500 grants each year to 501(c)(3) nonprofit organizations serving the East Alabama region (Lee, Macon, Tallapoosa, Chambers, or Russell counties). These grants are designed to provide general operating support, offering flexible, unrestricted funding that organizations can use to strengthen and maintain their operations while pursuing their missions. The program is funded by the Foundation’s General Fund and awarded through a competitive application and review process overseen by the Board of Directors.
