This funding opportunity aims to enhance the operational capacity and effectiveness of Financial Inspection and Anti-Fraud Coordination Services (AFCOS) in North Macedonia. The grant supports initiatives that build institutional frameworks, improve methodologies, and foster cooperation mechanisms to better prevent, detect, and address fraud and irregularities related to the use of EU funds. The action is part of the Instrument for Pre-accession Assistance and is designed to help North Macedonia align its national systems for financial control and anti-fraud practices with EU standards.
