--- ## Description The MSCA Staff Exchanges 2025 program supports collaborative research and innovation (R&I) projects through the international, inter-sectoral, and interdisciplinary exchange of staff. The scheme enables academic and non-academic organizations—including SMEs—from around the world to form partnerships and implement joint R&I projects. Staff exchanges (secondments) must involve physical mobility between independent legal entities, aiming to foster long-term collaborations, knowledge transfer, and the development of new skills and networks.
