Description
The Municipal Art Society of Baltimore City Artist Travel Prize Grant Program provides an annual $7,000 award to a visual artist (or artist collaborators) residing in Baltimore City. The grant is exclusively for travel that is critical to the artist’s studio practice and would otherwise be financially out of reach. The program is designed to foster personal and professional growth by enabling artists to experience and engage with art and culture beyond their immediate environment. It is part of the Society’s long-standing mission to beautify Baltimore through artistic contributions and to support the city’s creative community.
