Description
The U.S. Mission to Oman, through its Public Diplomacy Section, invites proposals for projects that advance U.S. foreign policy goals and foster stronger bilateral relations between the United States and Oman. This Annual Program Statement (APS) focuses on strategic priorities such as economic cooperation, innovation, sports diplomacy, cultural exchange, and emerging technologies, aiming to highlight American excellence and deepen people-to-people ties.
