Two-year fellowship for early-career pharmacy scholars to engage in health policy work and leadership development at the National Academies.

--- ## Description The NAM Fellowship in Pharmacy is a prestigious two-year program designed for early-career health science scholars in the pharmaceutical and clinical sciences. Fellows remain at their primary academic posts while dedicating 10–20% of their time to participate in the work of a health- or medicine-related board at the National Academies of Sciences, Engineering, and Medicine (NASEM). The experience includes a one-week health policy orientation, attendance at the NAM Annual Meeting, and active involvement in board meetings and expert study committees or roundtables. Each fellow is paired with a senior NAM mentor and receives a flexible research grant to support their professional and academic development.
