    Description

    The Administration for Children and Families (ACF), Office of Head Start (OHS) is forecasting a competitive funding opportunity to establish and operate a National Center on Program Management and Fiscal Operations (NC PMFO). The Center will provide training and technical assistance (TTA) that is evidence-based and research-informed, aiming to enhance organizational leadership, governance, program management, fiscal oversight, and workforce support for Head Start and Early Head Start service providers.

    The NC PMFO will be part of a comprehensive OHS TTA System, joining three other National Centers focused on related domains. The selected organization will be expected to collaborate with knowledgeable subrecipients in program management and fiscal operations to deliver high-quality, up-to-date support to the Head Start community.
