The Administration for Children and Families (ACF), Office of Head Start (OHS) is forecasting a competitive funding opportunity to establish and operate a National Center on Program Management and Fiscal Operations (NC PMFO). The Center will provide training and technical assistance (TTA) that is evidence-based and research-informed, aiming to enhance organizational leadership, governance, program management, fiscal oversight, and workforce support for Head Start and Early Head Start service providers.
The NC PMFO will be part of a comprehensive OHS TTA System, joining three other National Centers focused on related domains.
