--- ## Description This opportunity from the Administration for Children and Families (ACF), Office of Head Start (OHS), will fund one organization to operate the National Center on Program Management and Quality Assurance (PMQA). The Center will provide training and technical assistance (TTA) to Head Start programs nationwide, focusing on evidence-based, research-informed best practices. The goal is to enhance organizational leadership, fiscal integrity, transparency, oversight, governance, program management, human resources, and workforce development.
