The Center will support postsecondary, vocational, technical, continuing, and adult education needs for this population by providing technical assistance (TA), developing resources, and building capacity among educational agencies and institutions. The Center is expected to collaborate with state and local agencies, institutions of higher education, vocational rehabilitation providers, and organizations serving deaf and hard of hearing individuals.
