This opportunity funds the establishment and operation of a National Training Center (NTC) for Family Planning. The NTC will provide comprehensive training and technical assistance (TTA) to all Office of Population Affairs (OPA)-funded Title X family planning service delivery grant recipients, their sub-recipients, and service sites nationwide. The goal is to ensure that the entire Title X network has access to high-quality, evidence-informed support to meet statutory, regulatory, and programmatic requirements, and to advance the priorities of the Office of the Assistant Secretary for Health (OASH).
