Description
This funding opportunity will establish a single, coordinated National Training Center (NTC) for Family Planning, tasked with providing comprehensive training and technical assistance (TTA) to all Title X family planning service delivery grant recipients and their networks. The NTC will help Title X providers—serving nearly 3 million low-income individuals annually—meet statutory and regulatory requirements and advance priorities set by the Office of Population Affairs (OPA) and the Office of the Assistant Secretary for Health (OASH). The center will develop and implement a national TTA plan, maintain a resource center and website, deliver annual convenings, and monitor and evaluate the impact of its support.
