Description
This opportunity will fund a National Training Center to provide comprehensive training and technical assistance to all Office of Population Affairs (OPA)-funded Title X family planning service delivery grantees and all OPA-funded Teen Pregnancy Prevention (TPP) Program recipients. The center will be supported through two cooperative agreements—one for Title X and one for TPP—constituting a single, integrated training center.
The center’s objectives are:
- For Title X: Ensure personnel have the knowledge, skills, and self-efficacy to effectively manage Title X grants and deliver high-quality family planning services.
- For TPP: Ensure TPP project staff are equipped to implement, evaluate, and sustain impactful teen pregnancy prevention programs.

Eligibility
