Description
This opportunity is a cooperative agreement between the Health Resources and Services Administration (HRSA) and Papa Ola Lokahi (POL) to administer the Native Hawaiian Health Scholarship Program (NHHSP). The program aims to address the shortage of qualified health care professionals serving Native Hawaiians by providing scholarships to Native Hawaiian students enrolled in health professions schools. In exchange, recipients commit to delivering 2 to 4 years of primary health care service in the state of Hawaii after graduation.
