This opportunity provides funding for a cooperative agreement to conduct juvenile salmonid surveys in Sinclair Inlet, Washington, supporting the Naval Base Kitsap-Bremerton’s Integrated Natural Resource Management Plan (INRMP) and future Endangered Species Act (ESA) Section 7 consultations. The project aims to update baseline data on juvenile salmonid presence and abundance, with a focus on sub-yearling Chinook salmon, and will involve field surveys, data analysis, and comprehensive reporting over two field seasons.
