Description
The U.S. Department of State’s Bureau of Near Eastern Affairs Office of Assistance Coordination (NEA/AC) seeks statements of interest (SOIs) for innovative foreign assistance programs benefiting partner countries and advancing U.S. commercial diplomacy. Projects should use assistance to champion American enterprise and infrastructure, catalyze private capital, and deliver measurable benefits to host countries alongside U.S. economic, security, and diplomatic gains.
Potential sectors include energy, trade facilitation, AI and telecommunications, critical infrastructure, critical minerals, advanced manufacturing, workforce training aligned with U.S. business needs, and economic recovery in conflict-affected areas. Priority goes to projects that position U.S. businesses and products for regional opportunities, help them secure contracts and tenders, or promote exports of U.S. technology and standards.
