Description
The Neighborhood Development Fund, administered by the Greater Cincinnati Foundation, accelerates neighborhood revitalization in the Greater Cincinnati region by supporting projects that increase affordable and workforce housing, strengthen communities, and expand opportunity. The fund provides two types of grants: strategic pre-development grants for early-stage projects and last-mile gap financing for construction-ready projects. By targeting pivotal stages in the development process, the fund seeks to help projects overcome feasibility, planning, and final financing hurdles, ultimately fostering long-term development capacity and meaningful community benefits.
