Description
The NERC-Innovate UK ICURe Engage programme is a four-week, part-time initiative delivered by UK Research and Innovation (UKRI) in partnership with the Natural Environment Research Council (NERC) and Innovate UK. The programme is designed for researchers, technicians, and students who have previously received NERC funding or are affiliated with NERC-funded programmes. It provides a structured environment to explore the commercial potential and impact of academic research, particularly in the context of climate adaptation and resilience. Participants will gain exposure to entrepreneurship concepts, commercialisation tools, and pathways to bring research-based innovations to market, all aligned with UKRI’s climate resilience priorities.
