    Description

    This grant funds New England-based nonprofit organizations, schools, tribal governments, or units of government to present public performances, readings, or screenings by regional artists. The program aims to increase community access to high-quality arts experiences, support the work and compensation of New England artists, and strengthen the infrastructure for touring and presenting within the region. NEST supports a wide variety of disciplines, including dance, music, theater, folk art, media, and more. Projects must feature artists who are NEST-eligible and maintain a permanent residence in one of the six New England states.
