Description
The Foundation for Angelman Syndrome Therapeutics (FAST) New Investigator award is designed to empower outstanding early-career researchers to launch significant translational research programs focused on Angelman syndrome or on technologies that advance treatment options for this condition. The program aims to broaden the field by supporting new primary investigators within their first five years of an academic appointment. Recipients are expected to generate foundational data for future funding, present at the annual FAST Science Summit, and engage with the FAST Scientific Advisory Board. The award fosters innovation, collaboration, and the acceleration of impactful therapeutic development in Angelman syndrome research.
