Description
This opportunity provides support for mentored postdoctoral researchers to transition rapidly into independent, tenure-track (or equivalent) faculty positions conducting research aligned with the National Institute on Aging (NIA) mission. The award offers three years of protected research time and is designed for individuals who are prepared to move into faculty roles within a year of a positive funding decision. Independent clinical trials are not allowed under this award.
