--- ## Description This opportunity funds research and evaluation projects focused on reducing violence against women (VAW), including domestic violence (DV), family violence (FV), intimate partner violence (IPV), rape, sex trafficking, sexual violence (SV), stalking, and teen dating violence (TDV)/adolescent relationship abuse (ARA). Projects may also address the trauma resulting from these crimes and the criminal justice system’s response, procedures, and policies. The National Institute of Justice (NIJ) seeks high-quality evaluations of programs, practices, models, or interventions that either: - Enhance engagement with the justice system for women and girls who have been victimized, or - Improve accountability within the criminal justice system for individuals who perpetrate violence against women and girls.
