This program provides funding to current recipients of Manufacturing Extension Partnership (MEP) Center cooperative agreements to assess the impact of FEMA-declared disasters on small- and medium-sized manufacturers (SMMs). Funded projects must identify operational impacts, assist SMMs in accessing recovery resources, and help develop risk mitigation plans. Awardees are also required to share lessons learned and best practices with the broader SMM community and the MEP National Network to enhance future disaster resilience.
