The Noah Greenberg Award, administered by the American Musicological Society, is designed to foster collaboration between scholars and performers by supporting exceptional projects in historical performance practices. Established in memory of Noah Greenberg, the award provides grant-in-aid funding for a variety of activities, including the publication of scholarly articles, monographs, or editions, as well as public performances, recordings, or other projects that contribute to the advancement and recognition of historical performing practices. Both scholars and performers are encouraged to apply, and membership in the Society is not required.
