The program aims to strengthen the operational infrastructure of organizations that serve historically underrepresented, underserved, or under-resourced communities and have been impacted by the COVID-19 public health emergency. Grant funds may be used for strategic planning, organizational and professional development, technology upgrades, marketing, communications, and program evaluation or expansion, but not for programming, capital improvements, or debt payment.
