Description
This program provides competitive, matching grants to support public-private partnerships that protect, restore, and enhance wetlands and associated upland habitats for the benefit of migratory birds and other wildlife. Projects must be located in the United States and should demonstrate long-term conservation outcomes. Eligible activities include acquisition (fee title or easement), restoration, enhancement, and wetland establishment, with a strong emphasis on partnerships and leveraging non-federal resources.
