This call supports the Norwegian Centre for Research at CERN (NorCC), which coordinates and finances Norway’s involvement in CERN’s nuclear and particle physics activities. The initiative aims to maintain and strengthen Norwegian participation in major CERN experiments, support the operation and maintenance of these projects, and facilitate knowledge transfer to other scientific communities and Norwegian enterprises. The centre is also responsible for outreach, student engagement, and promoting STEM disciplines in Norway, ensuring that Norwegian interests and expertise are well represented in CERN’s international research environment.
