Description
This opportunity funds the Norwegian Centre for Research at CERN (NorCC), aiming to sustain and enhance Norway’s engagement in leading-edge nuclear and particle physics research at CERN. The centre coordinates Norwegian participation in major CERN experiments, supports operation and maintenance, and promotes knowledge transfer to Norwegian industry and academia. It also funds a Norwegian Industry Liaison Officer, facilitates participation in CERN recruitment and student programs, and works to increase STEM interest in Norway. The call is intended for a collaborative centre managed by approved Norwegian research organisations.
