The U.S. National Science Foundation's Integrated Data Systems and Services (IDSS) program funds the development, deployment, and operation of national-scale cyberinfrastructure systems and services that broadly facilitate open, data-intensive, and artificial intelligence-driven research, innovation, and education. The program is designed to enable transdisciplinary and multi-disciplinary scientific communities to access, integrate, and utilize research data and connect with other scientific resources. It supports three project categories:
Projects must be broadly impactful across science and engineering communities; proposals focused on a single discipline, project, or application are not eligible.
