--- ## Description The Oceanographic Technology and Interdisciplinary Coordination (OTIC) Program, administered by the U.S. National Science Foundation (NSF), funds research and technology development activities that advance ocean science. The program encourages unsolicited proposals for the development of instrumentation and technologies with broad utility across ocean science research. Projects should aim to enhance the observational, experimental, or analytical capabilities of the ocean science research community.
