Description
The Capacity Building program provides targeted support to nonprofit organizations seeking to improve their internal capacity and operational infrastructure. Recognizing that many nonprofits prioritize programmatic work over essential operational needs, this grant aims to address gaps in areas such as technology upgrades, professional development, diversity, equity, inclusion, and justice (DEIJ) initiatives, and office environment improvements. Additional support may include resources for tax and audit preparation, access to nonprofit compensation reports, and comprehensive technological assessments and planning. The ultimate goal is to help nonprofits run more efficiently and equitably, increasing their impact within the communities they serve.
