--- ## Description This opportunity, administered by the Health Resources and Services Administration (HRSA) HIV/AIDS Bureau, aims to fund a single cooperative agreement to establish a 24-month virtual learning collaborative (LC) for Ryan White HIV/AIDS Program (RWHAP) Part F Community Based Dental Partnership Program (CBDPP) grant recipients. The initiative is designed to: - Promote sharing of information and promising practices - Strengthen integration of oral health and primary care for people with HIV - Enhance dental education and interprofessional training in community settings - Support and develop community-based dental leaders in HIV oral health care The LC will use the Extension for Community Health Outcomes (ECHO) model to facilitate collaborative learning, technical assistance, and dissemination of innovative practices to improve outcomes for low-income people with HIV. --- ## Due Dates - Application Deadline: August 12, 2025, by 11:59 p.m. ET - Expected Award Date: By September 30, 2025 - Project Start Date: September 30, 2025 --- ## Funding Amount - Total funding available: $600,000 - Number of awards: 1 cooperative agreement - Project period: 2 years (September 30, 2025 – September 29, 2027) - No cost-sharing or matching required --- ## Eligibility Eligible applicants include a broad range of U.S.-based organizations: - State, county, city/township, and special district governments - Independent school districts - Public and private institutions of higher education - Nonprofits (with or without 501(c)(3) status) - For-profit organizations (including small businesses) - Domestic organizations only (50 states, DC, Puerto Rico, U.S. territories, and certain Pacific jurisdictions) - Individuals are not eligible Applicants must be involved in addressing HIV-related issues, such as academic health centers, dental schools, or organizations providing dental education and training. --- ## Application Process - **Registration:** Applicants must have active registrations in SAM.gov and Grants.gov (may take several weeks). - **Submission:** Applications must be submitted electronically via [Grants.gov](https://www.grants.gov/search-results-detail/358547) by the deadline. - **Required Components:** - Project abstract and narrative - Budget and budget narrative (separate for each year) - Organizational chart, staffing plan, and biographical sketches - Work plan detailing goals, objectives, activities, responsible personnel, and timeline - Documentation for funding preference (if applicable) - Attachments per NOFO instructions - **Webinar:** Informational webinar scheduled for July 15, 2025, 2 PM ET.
