--- ## Description This program supports research and activities that revolutionize the professional formation of engineers at scale, aiming to expand access to high-quality engineering education and workforce development pathways. Projects must be situated at organizations that support the professional formation of engineers, including higher education institutions, academic or informal programs, center-based, or workplace-based engineering or engineering technology programs. Applicants may propose either: - **Innovation Projects:** Develop and apply new cultural or curricular innovations in a specific setting, potentially representing the first practical implementation of an established theory. - **Adaptation/Implementation Projects:** Adapt and implement existing models or innovations to new contexts, building on prior work.
